First, the Spring 2013 issue of Mirror Dance is now online! I'm very pleased to introduce work from repeat contributors Sandi Leibowitz, Shelly Bryant, S. Brackett Robertson, and Anna Sykora--and please welcome new contributors Sarah L. Byrne, C. E. Hyun, Brooke Wonders, Cordelia Harrison, and Helen Ogden to our pages.
Second, as you are probably aware, Lacuna will be changing to a themed publication in a new format at the end of this year. Our final issue in the current format will be published on October 15, 2013.
Meanwhile, I have become aware of a new historical fiction journal, edited by Lacuna-contributor Jen Falkner. Circa: A Journal of Historical Fiction will publish its first issue this April. I expect this new project will appeal to Lacuna's current readers and writers!
